"Full Moon Migraine" Poem

Full moon migraine

Three day head pain

All efforts in vain

The full moon reigns

Liquid fast

Cleansing Bath

Spiritual Path

So soon the wrath

Energetic shift

Serotonin lift

Parasites swift

Trap them quick

Suffocate

Strangulate

Annihilate

A dreary fate

Ammonia takes hold

Toxic overload

Inflammation unfolds

A migraine! Behold!

* So in summary: This past full moon in cancer, which also included a lunar eclipse, I did a 24 hour liquid superfood fast, along with an energetic cleansing bath and a parasite cleanse with the mimosa pudica seed. I encountered toxic die off and developed an excruciating 3 day migraine. You see, parasites are more active during the full moon phase due to an increase in serotonin and a decrease in melatonin. It's the perfect time to implement a parasite cleanse! The mimosa pudica seed is a sticky substance that actually suffocates and strangles the parasites. A gruesome fate indeed! I prefer to use the mimosa pudica seed more often than the turpentine parasite cleanse. Turpentine is a bit too harsh and abrasive for me. Regardless, the die off symptoms can be pretty brutal as you can see from this poem!

Well, another positive is born from a negative! An inspiring poem has been conceived from my pain. Perhaps there is also a karmic lesson here... I murdered parasites and in return I suffered for it. However, this appears to be a necessary evil in order to keep my health in check! Ahhh duality! Til next time.... Peace and blessings!
