"Tread Carefully" Poem

We all have our own opinions

We each have our own special views

but in this new world we live in

we must watch what we say and do

The media has an agenda

to craft the minds of the masses

If your thoughts don't fit in with their story

They will literally have your asses

Political correctness dictates

A sad reality of our time

If you speak against the wrong people

They may frame you for a crime

Yes this is counter productive

Freedom of speech no longer exists

Social media is a trap of sorts

Don't post too much on this

Please heed this simple warning

Be thoughtful with what you express

Tread carefully in this new age

Stay alive- That's the message!
