Fight The System (7 Steps)


In my last article “Balance on Planet Earth” I spoke about how the elite are systematically poisoning everyone on this planet in an effort to implement population control and other insidious negative agendas. I end the article telling everyone that “the best thing we can do is stop worrying, stay positive and trust in the divine wisdom of the universal spirit.” There is no death and this reality is all an illusion. However, I realize that this laissez-faire attitude may not resonate with many of us who feel that it's necessary to take action in order to co-create a better reality for all of us on this planet. And I agree! Plus, my solution is a vague one which I believe needs more explaining. There is much more we can do besides just not worrying, staying positive and trusting in a higher power. We can fight the system!

Fighting the system is not quite what people may imagine it to be though. Fighting the system does not have to be an all out bloody battle, combative, belligerent or even violent at all! We don't need to gather in large groups and start picketing on the street either! Individually we all have the power to fight the corrupt system that currently afflicts our entire planet. And when enough individuals wake up and start to take action, there is something called the "hundreth monkey effect” that takes place. In regards to the hundreth monkey effect, a group of unidentified scientists conducted a study of macaque monkeys on the Japanese island of Koshima back in 1952. These scientists observed that some of these monkeys learned to wash sweet potatoes. Gradually this new behavior spread through the younger generation of monkeys by watching and imitating the act. However, once a critical number of monkeys was reached (aka the hundredth monkey) this learned behavior instantly spread across the water to monkeys on nearby islands that never even witnessed washing a sweet potato. This is how energy works! When enough people are aware of a problem and take action, this awareness spreads like lightening to the rest of the people on this planet. Then we become unstoppable!

But what exactly can we do as individuals to fight this system that appears to be unconquerable? Well, I believe that the battle we are truly facing is a battle within ourselves! This is not an outside battle as it may appear to be! I believe once we gain control of our minds, even the smallest steps we take on a daily basis can make a world of difference. So what are these steps? And how do we get control over our minds?

1) Remove Negative Stimuli

First we must do our best to break the mind-control/ manipulation that consumes our thoughts on a daily basis! One of the best ways to do this is to stop watching tv, particularly the news! I know it's difficult. You want to stay on top of current events. Unfortunately, everything that the media is feeding us is negative, whether overtly or covertly... and much of it is lies! Also, besides watching the news, it's best not to read it either. If you have to watch tv or read something, make it something positive & inspirational. You can fight the system much easier if you are in a clear positive state of mind. Negativity must be negated from your mind and from your existence, even though we are immersed in a negative vibration on a daily basis. We must change this vibration for ourselves. When enough people vibrate on a higher frequency, the whole world will start vibrating on a higher frequency. This is how we fight!

2) Re-program

Speaking of removing negative energy from our minds and vibrating on a higher frequency... Take time to meditate, practice breathing exercises, practice yoga and take time to be in nature...clear your mind! Now that you've removed all the outside negativities you need to spend time

re-programming your mind with positive stimuli. As I said before, only immerse yourself in positive and inspirational shows and literature. Practice hypnosis and auto-suggestion. Really get a grip on your mind and change the way you see things! Clear your energy with crystals like selenite and make a daily effort to work on improving your energy.

3) Dietary Changes

Take steps to improve your diet. Diet plays a significant role in raising or lowering our vibration. What you put into your body has it's own vibration. If you consume harmful foods, they will keep you in a negative, angry state which will not be helpful to your mission of fighting the system. You can't fight the system if your own system is weak. Eat an unprocessed organic, non-gmo diet full of fruits, veggies and healthy grains like quinoa and millet. Minimize or eliminate meat and dairy. Do not consume soy, corn or wheat. They are mostly contaminated with gmos at this point. Eliminate un-natural white refined processed products especially sugar (which is said to be more addictive than cocaine.) Eliminate alcohol, drugs, pharmaceuticals, soda, caffeine. Drink plenty of fresh water (reverse osmosis/ alkaline or spring water in glass bottles. The rule is to drink at least half your body weight in ounces a day. Make sure you are getting your electrolytes. Check out The Water Cure for more info on that! Also be sure to take all the necessary supplements that will keep you feeling your best. We can't always get what we need from food! Keep in mind that most people are deficient in B vitamins and vitamin D3!

4) Product use/ Lifestyle changes

Besides toxic foods, you must also minimize and/or completely stop using toxic products that are harmful to yourself and the environment! Toxic deodorants, cleaning supplies and make-up are some examples. Trade in all of your conventional products for health conscious and environmentally friendly products! It is also very important to minimize the use of electronics! We live in a society that is unfortunately addicted to smart phones! This is no good! You do not want to remain in a distracted state like the rest of the sheeple. Being present in the moment is very important. You must also take action to protect yourself against EMF's (harmful electro-magnetic frequencies emitted from cell phones, computers, etc). This alone can wreak havoc on your mind, body and spirit! I will go into more details about protecting yourself from EMF's in my next article “Don't Get Wi-Fried!”

5) Detox

Be sure to constantly detox as we are purposely being hit with toxins daily at an alarming rate. No matter how hard we try to eat healthy, there may still be some toxins lingering in our food and water... and our air! One of the best ways to detox is by using a near-infrared sauna once a week. You can also take herbs like milk thistle, dandelion, 4 herb/ essiac tea. Organic sulfur is great for detoxing. Red Marine algae, chlorella, juicing, juice powders, NAC, Alpha Lipoic Acid etc. Don't forget to exercise! Getting exercise daily helps strengthen our immune system and flush out toxins. If you've been drinking alcohol or taking drugs including pharmaceuticals, you can detox all that stuff out with iv therapy! IV therapy helps balance out your system which removes the cravings for drugs and alcohol making it easier for you to quit these unhealthy habits. Look into asian acupuncture and herbs! It has been life-changing for me!

6) High Vibrational People

Spend time around others who are taking the same initiative to be healthy and make a difference in the world! There's power in numbers. Plus, if you want to raise your vibration, it helps to stay around people with a high vibration! Stay away from negative people who bring you down! We pick up habits from those we spend time with. These can either be good or bad habits. Spend time with the best people you can find, who can help you be the best version of yourself. And also be sure to spend enough time alone and away from the chaotic negative world! You must seek to create a new better world within yourself!

7) Be Unique

The system encourages conformity. You need not conform. Do you! For instance, I stopped celebrating all Holidays years ago and I feel much better for it! I don't go to happy hour for a drink after work nor do I start my day with a cup of coffee. I quit both! I also don't use smart phones nor do I use wi-fi on my computer! I actually enjoy when people see me texting on my stupid phones and look at me like I'm a bit crazy. Who cares what they think! I created my own business instead of working a 9-5. I do what I want to do when I want to do it! Part of fighting the system is creating your own system within the system! People will see you doing this and decide that perhaps they may want to do it to!

Follow these steps, do some research and at some point you may even attract the knowledge to leave this corrupt system altogether and create your own system! Understand Contract Law and You Win! But before this can happen, you must first free your mind of the confines imposed by the current system that you live within! Open your mind and realize that all is possible. There are no limits to what you can do and what you can create! Change is imminent! Remember... to fight an unjust and corrupt system it all starts with you! The real battle lies within. As above, as below. You are a reflection of our society. Change yourself and you change the world! This is how an intelligent and enlightened person fights the system! Let the real battle begin!
